Missionary Nganchu (Nancy) Phom’s Prayer Update | WEEK 18 Day 30 @Nopburi Elderly Care Chiang Mai.
Financial Update of Nancy’s Medical Donations From 03 January – 26 February 2022.
On 28th of January, at around 5PM, Nancy was transferred from McCormick Hospital to the nursing home (Nopburi Elderly Care Chiang Mai).
First week after assessing Nancy’s condition, the doctor and nurses and therapists at the nursing home aimed to train and work with Nancy to help her to sit on bed by herself.
After 30 days at Nursing home, Nancy’s progress as follows;
- She can eat normally and can eat solid food.
- She is able to sit on the bed by herself, but needing more strength and balance.
- She is able to control right leg and right hand using her left leg and left leg.
- She is able to sit on the wheelchair without support. She is practicing to pull her wheelchair forward and backward.
- Her understanding and memory is normal.
- She is improving in her speeches. She speaks well in her dialect when we do video calls with families from India. Her voice is slightly and progressively improving.
- Her right leg (toes) make slight movements. He right hand show no sign of movement, but her shoulder muscles able to contract and relaxes. The therapist is focusing on training the muscles on Nancy’s right hand and right leg.
Currently, Nancy’s overall health is good. I am arranging with Nakornphing hospital for Nancy to undergo final brain surgery (cranioplasty) to replace her skull bone, which was removed during the first two surgeries. I am expecting to pay THB60,000.00 to THB100,000.00 for cranioplasty.
At nursing home, I am paying THB30,000.00 monthly. This fees include, rehabilitation, food (three meals per day), nursing, health checkups. In addition, I pay for her diapers and medicines.
I explained to Nancy helping her to understand the importance of rehabilitation and her recovery after receiving messages through emails and whatsapp. It took me five days to convince her to agree to remain at the nursing home until she is strong. That would also depend on how much finances we have available to keep her at the nursing home.
Nimbine is slowly getting close to her mother, but with a little fear in her mind. They able to hug each other and talked to each other for a number of times.
Prayer and Praise
- Nancy’s affected brain cells to become fully active and function again so that more words can be processed for her to speak and movements from right leg and right hand to occur.
- Nancy’s voice box and muscles along her throat to be healed and to regain strength so to help her speaking more words audibly. Praise God for Nancy is eating normally.
- Praise God for Nimbine able to go closer to her mother. Continue to pray for her to be totally freed from the fear.
- Pray for Paul to be guided by God’s wisdom in making decisions for the family and ministry into the future.
- Financial provision for Nancy’s admission to Nursing home and rehabilitation program and for Nancy’s final brain surgery (cranioplasty).
Thank you for all the prayers, encouragements, and financial support you have sent. You all are becoming God’s mighty hands of providence and comfort during this challenging time of our young family. May the Lord bless you and be gracious to you all now and always.

Missionary Nganchu (Nancy) Phom’s Prayer Update | WEEK 10-11 Day 50 @McCormick Hospital
Financial Update of Nancy’s Medical Donations From 01 December 2021 to 03 January 2022
We have received financial supports from individual, friends and families and organisations along with strong prayer supports and encouragements. My most sincere thanks to organisations, missionary friends and extended Christian friends and families for prayers, financial and morals support given toward my family, especially to my dear wife, Mrs. Nganchu (Nancy) Phom on here medical journey since 19 November 2021 and continues today.
Currently, Nancy is progressing well. I am planning to move her to a Nursing home for rehabilitation upon the confirmation with her doctor. Nancy speaks few words a time but not aloud. Nurse explained that Nancy’s voice box must have been badly affected or hurt by tubes inserted for breathing purposes during the time of brain surgeries. Seems like there has been sore and slowly healing up inside her voice box and throat. That also affects Nancy unable to swallow food properly so she is still being fed through tube. Her strength has been restored and she is able to rise up from the bed. She is now being trained to sit on wheelchair.
Please continue to pray for:
- Nancy’s affected brain cells to become active and function again so that more words can be processed for her to speak and movements from right leg and right hand to occur.
- Nancy’s voice box and muscles along her throat to be healed and to regain strength so to help her swallowing food normally and speaking more words audibly.
- Nimbine to come out from her shocking experience. She still don’t want to see her mother. Even she don’t want to watch Nancy’s videos and photos. Nimbine is still scared of her mother.
- Paul to be guided by God’s wisdom in making decisions for the family and ministry into the future.
- Financial provision for Nancy’s admission to Nursing home and rehabilitation program.
Thank you for all the prayers and financial support you have sent. You all are becoming God’s mighty hands of providence and comfort during this challenging time of our young family. May the Lord bless and be gracious to you all in 2022 onward.

Missionary Nganchu (Nancy) Phom’s Prayer Update | WEEK 9 Day 36 @McCormick Hospital
My sincere thanks to those of you who have been standing along side Nimbine and me, with your continuous prayer and financial and moral supports toward our young missionary family during these painful and challenging times. You all have become God’s comfortting hands and providence to Nimbine and me.
Today, Tuesday 21 Dec 2021, marks the ninth (9th) week of Nancy being hospitalized from brainhemorrhage on the left part of her brain leading to two brain surgeries. The Lord has heard and answered our prayers. I thank God for giving Nimbine and me a second chance to start a new life together with Nancy. I also thank and praising the LORD for the providence of finances through organisations and individuals from different countries.
On the second week of this month, I learned from the nurse that Nancy is required to go for third (3rd) surgery at Nakornphing when she is fully recovered and after being assessed and approved by the neurosurgeon.
Nancy’s brain surgery is know as craniectomy . The surgical removal of part of the bone from the skull to expose the brain for surgery. After the brain surgery, if part of the skull bone is removed and not replaced right away, it is called craniectomy. This was done to Nancy due to swelling of her brain.
So Nancy is expected to have a follow-up surgery called a cranioplasty after some months. This third follow-up brain surgery (crainioplasty), the piece of Nancy’s skull, which is kept in the refrigerator will be put back to cover the affected brain. As of now, we don’t know when Nancy will be called in for this follow-up brain surgery. Nancy is still in the recovery process.
A single brain surgery and admitting to Neurosurgical ICU and ward for seven days has costed us about THB100,000.00. Nancy will be needing this amount to go for her third brain surgery.
I am searching for nursing homes and rehab centers for Nancy’s final recovery phase. At the nursing home, she will be rehabilitated and become much stronger and ready to come home. Rates of nursing homes rage from THB20,000 to THB50,000 per month. I am planning to let Nancy stay in the Nancy home or rehab center for a period of six months to one year depending on the progress of her recovery. Nancy will need amount between THB120,000.00 to THB240,000.00 for rehab at nursing home for six months.
Nancy’s medical condition as of week 9 ends, as follows:
- She is fully conscious and regaining her memory
- She understands and follows commands correctly
- Nurses are assisting and training her to sit on the wheelchair
- She is able to move her head by herself up from the pillow trying to getup
- The left leg and left arm progressively regaining strength and movement.
- There is sign of movement on her right toes.
- There is no sign of movement on her right arm or hand.
- Mucous or secretion is reducing positively.
- Her throat is not yet fully healed and is not fully recovered.
- She whispered her first words saying “bye bye”. She move her lips trying to speak but no voice.
PRAYER POINTS: Please pray that, - Her throat be healed and be cleared completely so that Nancy speak and swallow food from the mouth.
- Nancy to regain strength on her body limbs so that she can sit up on her own.
- Affected cells in Nancy’s brain be healed and be restored and function well.
- Nurses and doctors to treat Nancy with care, love and understanding.
- Nimbine and Paul to be strong and well.
- Monetary donations be made for Nancy’s third brain surgery and for nursing home and rehab program.
Thank you and God bless.
Paul.

Week 6 Day 15 @ McCORMICK Hospital: Nganchu (Nancy) Phom’s Medical Journey Prayer Update
My sincere thanks and appreciations to organisations, individuals (both believers and non-believers), Christians and missionary friends and families and immediate and extended family members for your continuous prayer and financial support toward three of us during this challenging and difficult season in our young family life.
Tuesday, 30 November, 2021 marks the sixth week of Nancy’s hospitalization from brain hemorrhage leading to two brain surgeries.
On Friday 26 November 2021, Nancy started breathing on her own and so ventilator was removed from her. However, the were more secretion inside her throat, which concerns the doctors so they have been monitoring Nancy at ICU for two more days without using ventilator. Earlier on the 29 Nov 2021, Doctor assessed and discharged Nancy from ICU to Ward. Nimbine and I visited her in the evening as usual. Nancy was progressing well.
She understood me well, she smiled and do belly laugh couple of times when I shared to her about Nimbine being scared to visit her in the room. I asked her to shake my hand several times and she did very well. Her left hand is becoming stronger and more controllable than the previous week.
Her blood sugar is very normal. However, nurse at the ward said that Nancy’s throat swells due to use of ventilators so they are making sure secretion or mucous does not trap and block her breathing.
The hospital bill at McCormick hospital is now exceeding THB200,000.00 after two weeks. Please continue to pray for healing inside Nancy’s throat and regaining of her speeches and full consciousness and for financial provision. Thank you and God bless.

Nancy is expected to remain in the hospital until Doctor (Neurosurgeon) to make final assessment and recommendations for her to be discharged to come home. However, we don’t know how long she will stay in the hospital. Considering her current condition, Nancy need more time to recover well. It would likely take her 3-6 months or longer than that to get out from the hospital. That would require huge sum of money to keep her in the hospital.
Please continue to pray and donate towards Nancy’s medical bills weekly/monthly and together, let’s support this cause to give Nancy a second chance of life to live as a testament of marvelous deeds of the Almighty God.

Week 5 Day 8 @ McCORMICK Hospital: Nganchu (Nancy) Phom’s Medical Journey Prayer Update
On behalf of my wife, Nganchu (Nancy) Phom, our daughter Nimbine and myself (Paul), I would like to thank you all for showing your concern and financial support towards Nancy’s current health and medical situation. Today, 23 November 2021 marks the fifth week of Nancy’s hospitalization from brain hemorrhage leading to two brain surgeries. Below is a brief background information of what has happened to Nancy and her current health and medical situation at McCormic hospital in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
It happened on the 19th of October 2021 at 12:30PM. Nancy held fast her head and walked out from the kitchen, while we were having lunch. After a minute or two I walked to the living room and found Nancy lying unconscious on the sofa vomiting allover herself. We quickly rushed her to a nearby hospital where Nancy was then referred to another hospital to get CAT scan of her brain. The scan revealed that it was bleeding inside left part of her brain due to hemorrhage. Nancy was then taken into surgical theater and it took two hours for neurosurgeon to operate and cleaned the blood inside her brain. Since there was so much bleeding and blood clots, it took the neurosurgeon two days to completely drain out blood inside her brain.
Nancy was discharged to Doi Saket district hospital after 14 days of intensive care at Nakornping hospital Neurosurgical Ward Intensive Care Unit. After two nights, Nancy has had a very high fever and so much secretion inside her throat, which nurses and doctors there were unable to identify the causes to treat her. Doctor then, referred Nancy for a CAT scan to scan her brain. The scan revealed that there is bleeding from the wound. Nancy was taken in for second operation from the wound and the operation took an hour.
After seven days at Nakornping hospital Neurosurgical ward Intensive care unit, Nancy was discharged and transferred to McCORMIC hospital (private Christian hospital) in Chiang Mai where she is currently being treated.
Nancy improved a lot at the ward #8 where I visited to share and pray with her everyday. She could smile and do belly laugh and she look very normally at me when I shared and prayed with her each day. She began to show understanding, which encourages me to talk to her more and more.
Suddenly, on Sunday 21st November 2021, at around midday, secretion inside her throat was so much that it blocked or narrowed her windpipe or air passages and caused Nancy having difficulty in breathing. She was then rushed to ICU at MCCORMIC hospital where she is fully on ventilator now.
As of Monday 22nd November 2021, nurses at the ICU reported that Nancy is fully using ventilator, while doctors are treating Nancy with medicines to dissolve secretion (mucous) along her respiratory tracts in order that it can be easily sucked out so that Nancy can breath on her own. Nancy is fully awake as she was at the ward under the full usage of ventilator to support her breathing.
Nurses reported that Nancy’s lungs are healthy and free from infections. They reported that her fever is no more. The only problem is that sticky mucous blocking her throat or air passages, which makes Nancy difficult to breath on her own.
Today, 23 Nov. 2021, ICU nurse reported that they tried to remove ventilator and let Nancy to breath on her own, but she still struggles breathing on her own due to narrowed air passage caused by mucous or secretion along her throat. They continue to remove mucous today and they will try again tomorrow to let Nancy breath on her own. Nancy is awake and doing well.
Kindly join us as we continue to pray and uphold Nancy’s respiratory system to the Great Physician and the ancient Healer.
Many thanks to you for your kindness and prayer support during these five long weeks and counting.

Seeking to Admit Nancy at a Private Hospital
After much prayers after bitter-pain experiences Nimbine and I have had gone through on Thursday 04 November 2021 till Friday 05 November at 3:00 AM, I am now deciding to transfer Nancy from Nakornping hospital Neurosurgical ward to McCormic hospital. McCormic hospital is within Chiang Mai city and is owned and managed under Church of Christ Thailand (CCT).
On Tuesday 09 November 2021, Nimbine and I went and successfully established contact with McCormic Hospital (Private Christian hospital) in Chiang Mai to transfer Nancy there when she is stable and ready to be discharged from neurosurgical ward at Nakornping hospital. McCormic Hospital is willing and ready to transfer Nancy once receiving discharge notice from Nakornping hospital (Thai public hospital).
ICU fee at McCormic hospital per day is 20,000.00 Baht. McCormic hospital nurse said that it will only take a day or two at ICU in order for specialist doctors to examine and assess Nancy’s condition thoroughly to prescribe medication and treatments. Once everything is examined and assessed, she will be transferred to a private room. Private room fee at McCormic hospital per day is 3,500.00 Baht. Medical and treatment cost were not highlighted, which needs to be found out.
Depending on her condition and doctor’s recommendations, Nancy to be transferred to a private room for at least 1-3 months at McCormic. When Nancy is stable and able and upon the doctor’s recommendation at McCormic hospital, we planning and arranging a private nursing home, where she will be rehabilitated and nursed until she is ready to move back home.
Private nursing home fee is 25,000.00 per month. Private nursing home is nursing each patient for a 3 months period. This will give me time to know what support Nancy will require when she return home. I will be arranging Christian friends to help set up a room in the house according to her needs.
Estimated Costs at McCormic hospital and Private Nursing home.
Estimated total cost of Nancy’s hospitalization: 20,000 X 7days (140,000) + 3,500 X 90 days (315,000) + 25,000 X 3 months (75,000) = 530,000.00 Baht. This is the estimated costs. It make be less or more than this amount depending on other additional treatments and needs arise.
Please continue to pray for Healing, Restoration, and recovery of Nancy’s health. Please pray for the providence of Nancy’s medical bills.
Thank you and God bless.
Paul.

Nancy Discharged from Neurosurgical ICU at Nakornping to McCormic Hospital.
On Friday 12 November 2021, our meeting with the director of McCormic Christian Hospital in Chiang Mai leading to Nancy being transferred from Nakornping to McCormic hospital.
I thank God for all your continuous prayer support for Nancy, Nimbine and me. Many of you not only have been praying but you’ve been also became financial blessings to three of us to pay all Nancy’s medical bills on time.
Today, Friday 12 Nov 2021, our meeting with the Director of McCormic hospital went well. The Director himself is a specialist neurosurgeon.
He personally took time to go through all the scans and reports of Nancy’s brain surgery before recommending to transfer Nancy to McCormic hospital. After analyzing Nancy’s report he gave okay to move Nancy from Nakornping hospital to McCormic hospital in Chiang Mai and admitted to ward at around 03:00PM.
Nancy will be at McCormic hospital until such time the Director of McCormic will assess and recommends me to take Nancy home or to a rehab center. We thank God for answering our prayers for His servant Nancy (Nganchu Phom).
After going through Nancy’s scan and report, Director of McCormic hospital stated that, hemorrhage (stroke) in Nancy’s brain affected part of her brain that controls her speeches. He said that it will take awhile for Nancy to regain her speeches and that would require Nancy to be surrounded by more people communicating with her often.
He stated that since most parts of left side of her brain has been affected from bleeding, Nancy is likely to remain paralyzed with the right side of her body when she is fully recovered. This is purely based on after analyzing Nancy’s medical reports and scan.
Nancy is now resting well at the ward on drift. She can breath well and able to recognize us slightly when we call her name. The problem with Nancy now is that there are so much mucous inside her throat and respiratory tracts. So, nurse are aiming to suck all these mucous out and trying to find out the cause of these mucous.
I am allowed to visit Nancy anytime of the day during official hours, but not with Nimbine. McCormic hospital restricts children under 9 years old not the enter wards due to covid19.
We are serving and believing in the Yahweh God who can do the impossible for the glory of His Name. Let’s continue to unite our faith in prayers and bring Nancy’s life before God for complete healing, restoration and recovery of her health.
Thank you and God bless.
Week 3: Nancy’s Medical Journey Prayer Update
Nancy’s Progressive Medical and Health Update
On Thursday, 04 October
My daughter Nimbine and I had a painful experiences last Thursday 04 November 2021 till Friday morning at 3:00AM going around with Nancy from one hospital to another and watching the pain she went through, while being rejected by most Thai Public hospital.
My mind and heart is still filled with bitterness and pain, and I can’t think well and write her prayer updates anymore after her second brain surgery after 14 days of her first brain surgery from stroke, which was unacceptable and unexpected.
Nancy has had a second brain surgery due to bleeding in her wound. This second surgery of brain took place at 12:30AM on Friday 05 November 2021.
She started the healing process all over again in the Neuro surgical ward ICU at Nakornping hospital. She is on ventilator again now.
Paul.

Day 16: NANCY’S ICU PRAYER UPDATE.
Nancy has been discharged from Nakornping hospital to Doi Saket District hospital at 10:30PM last night, and the Bible school pastor and I met her and waited until she was admitted at the ICU ward.
Today, 03 November 2021, Nimbine and I bought some toiletries as advised by ICU nurses here in the morning and visited Nancy. And in the evening we visited and I shared and prayed with Nancy.
Nancy is awake but still not fully conscious. This evening as I was talking to her, I realized that she struggle to speak. The problem that I realized that her voice box is filled or covered with mucous, which I am wondering nurses and doctors have realized it or not. Sticky mucous coming out from her mouth.
There is a situation beyond what I had not thought about is that the doctor at the hospital call bible school staff today to ask me to take Nancy home to take care of her at home. I have to find out the reason tomorrow.
Note: From now on, I will make weekly prayer update for Nancy. If there is any urgent prayer needs arises, I will let you all our prayer partners know.

Day 15: NANCY’S ICU PRAYER UPDATE.
At mid day today, 02 Nov 2021 marks two weeks of Nancy being hospitalized from unexpected stroke in the left part of her brain.
Today, the Nakornphing hospital called me in to settle Nancy’s medical bills. Her total medical bill from Nakornping hospital stands at 158, 759.00 Thai Baht. We paid off today with donations I received plus 60,000.00 Thai Baht borrowed from the Bible League Thailand.
ICU Nurses are preparing Nancy to be dicharged from neuro surgical ward (ICU) at Nakornping hospital to Doi Saket (District) hospital where Nancy was first registered.
During my video call today, ICU nurse was asking Nancy to say ‘hi’ to me. I could see Nancy opening and moving her mouth, but couldn’t hear her voice.
ICU Nurses happily reported during video call that Nancy is doing very well.
Praise points: Let us praise and thank God for:
- Restoration of Nancy’s breathing or respiratory system.
- Restoration of Nancy’s senses and body movements.
- Continuous healing and recovery of Nancy’s brain.
- Financial supports provided on time, which I am able to offset Nancy’s medical bills from Nakornping hospital.

Please let’s continue to pray for,
- Nancy to regain strength and to reach full consciousness.

Day 14: NANCY’S ICU PRAYER UPDATE.
Today, 01 Nov 2021, Nimbine and I were not able to make it to Nakornphing hospital as usual. Nimbine missed her mom and wanted to go with one of Nancy’s very close friend at the office. She cried for long time so we drove back home.
At 5:30 PM, I video called an ICU Nurse, and I spoke to Nancy. She is still not reaching her full consciousness, but she remains stable with her eyes opening and movement.
No sign of tracheotomy on Nancy’s neck as proposed by her doctor, Dr. Kritsada for today. That’s the indication of Nancy able to breath on her own.
Yesterday, after removing ventilator from Nancy, nurses told us that their focus then was to assist Nancy in making sure that she is able to breath normally on her own.
Today ICU nurse reported that Nancy has improved in her breathing and the nurse commented as ‘very good!’.
I give thanks and praises to God for giving my beloved wife Nancy a second chance to live and to testify about His wonderous deeds as we continue to serve in God’s mission, which He has called us.
Nimbine and I are so thankful to each one of you for your continuous prayer support, encouragements and financial supports during these difficult and painful times two of us are facing.
Our focus prayer needs for today as follows:
Please pray,
- For Nancy to reach and regain her full consciousness.
- For complete healing, restoration and reviving of the functions of Nancy’s respiratory system (breathing system) in the name of Jesus, nurses are helping Nancy and cleaning her respiratory tracts.
- For Nancy’s Doctor, Dr. Kritsada, for God’s Wisdom and directions as he monitors Nancy’s progress to make his final decision whether to do a tracheotomy on Nancy or not.
- For complete healing and recovery of Nancy’s brain.
- For Nimbine and me.
- For providence of finance to cover for Nancy’s medical bill. My family does not have medical insurance and as such I have to pay full medical bill for Nancy by myself.
Thank you and God bless.
🙏👨👩👧❤️
Day 13: NANCY’S ICU PRAYER UPDATE.
Today, 31 Oct 2021, ICU nurse reported that Dr Kritsada has removed ventilator from Nancy.
However, they reported that Nancy’s respiratory system is weak. As such, ICU nurses started today moving Nancy positioned her in different positions trying to train her lungs to function well and normally.
They reported that they are clearing Nancy’s airways from mucous and saliva that may have blocked her respiratory tracts. They said that their focus now is on Nancy’s breathing system.
If Nancy continue to struggle to breath on her own normally. The next available option as proposed by Dr. Kritsada is to do a tracheotomy or a tracheostomy, a surgical procedure on her neck to aid her breathing.
Again, this remains optional and up to Nancy’s doctor to decide since I have signed the approval.
Our focus prayer points for Nancy will remain as Day 11 and Day 12.
Please pray;
Thank you God bless. 🙏👨👩👧❤️
Day 12: NANCY’S ICU PRAYER UPDATE.
Thank you to everyone who support Nimbine and me in praying and interceding for our beloved Nancy. God has heard your prayers and healing and restoration and recovery is progressing day by day. Let’s give all praises and thanks to the AlmightyGod!
Today, 30 Oct 2021, Dr. Kritsada assessed and reported that Nancy’s normal breathing system has been restored. Nancy is able to breath by herself as of today. Our focus prayer point of reviving and restoration of Nancy’s Respiratory system (breathing system) has been answered. Praise the Lord!
Dr. Kritsada said that he will remove the ventilator by tomorrow. Nancy’s Doctor didn’t mentioned about Tracheotomy (surgical procedure), which I will confirm on my visit tomorrow at the hospital.
This surgical procedure (Tracheotomy) remains optional as per day 11 Nancy’s ICU prayer update. Which means that if Nancy is breathing normally by herself, her doctor said that he will not consider this surgical procedure. Nancy is now able to breath by herself and she is awake but not fully reaching her consciousness.
Our focus prayer points for Nancy will remain as Day 11.
Please pray;
- For Nancy to reach and regain her full consciousness.
- For complete healing, restoration and reviving of the functions of Nancy’s respiratory system (breathing system) in the name of Jesus.
- For Nancy’s Doctor, Dr. Kritsada, for God’s Wisdom and directions as he monitors Nancy’s progress over this weekends to make his final decision to do a tracheotomy on Nancy or not.
In addition, let us give thanks and praises and glory to the Almighty God for answering our prayers and Nancy’s healing, recovery and restoration of her health is progressive.
Thank you and God bless. 🙏🙏🙏❤️
Day 11: NANCY’s ICU PRAYER UPDATE
Today, 29 Oct 2021, Nimbine and I went and met Doctor Kritsada and had a debriefing about Nancy’s condition and situation. He said that Nancy’s recovery period would take up to six months.
Doctor said that it is not healthy for Nancy’s lungs to use ventilator for long period of time to aid her breathing system because it would cause serious infections inside the lungs. Therefore, doctor proposed to do tracheotomy.
A tracheotomy or a tracheostomy is an opening surgically created through the neck into the trachea (windpipe) to allow direct access to the breathing tube and is commonly done in an operating room under general anesthesia.
In Nancy’s case, her doctor said that this surgical procedure remains optional until Monday, 01 Nov. 2021. Doctor Kritsada said that he will monitor her progress within these three days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) to decide whether to do a tracheotomy or not. If Nancy is fully reaching her consciousness, Dr. Kritsada said he will not do tracheotomy. I signed agreement today allowing Nancy’s doctor to decide on the surgical procedure on Monday.
Nancy is well awake now. Her eyes are open and movement of her eyes are very normal, which Nimbine and I can see through video calls we made with an ICU nurse.
At this stage Nancy does not fully understand and aware of things, which means to say that Nancy is not yet fully reaching her consciousness or conscious level, even though she is awake.
Therefore, our focus prayer points for Nancy over this weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), is to pray;
