THAILAND’S NATIONWIDE VISION | VISION 2020 & BEYOND
Mondos missionary family are serving with The Bible League Thailand as volunteers involving in the evangelism and church planting program under Vision 2020 and beyond. The Lord gave this vision to The Bible League Director, Rev., Dr. Narong Tongsuk and Pastor Sumsak.
By 2020, they believe to achieve the following;
- 10,000 new believers
- 100 churches planted
- 100 pastors trained
- 20 missionaries
- 5 international language centers (ilc)
- 1 seminary (TBs – petchaboon)
- 1 training center – petchaboon
It is such a divine appointment that Mondos are part of the Thailand’s Nationwide Vision.
God was faithful and bless the vision, commitment and dedication of handful of faithful Christians.
Toward the end of 2018. The evangelism movement under vision 2020 exploded and reached almost 10,000 new believers. Many have received water baptism to affirm their faith and newness of life they have received in Jesus Christ. Many are followed up with Bible studies and teachings that are relevant to the spiritual life and growth in their new faith.
There are over 10 new churches have been planted and over 50 house churches are in the process of turning into churches.
The Lord has showed the leaders focused vision with the evangelism tools and strategies, which I would like to discuss in the series of my posts. I will discuss Creative Evangelism Outreach Ideas in the context of the evangelism and mission movement in Thailand.
The purpose of my post is to:
1. Share the Vision 2020 and Beyond so that you and your church can partner with the vision 2020 movement through prayers, sending missionaries, and to sponsor church planting and evangelism programs.
2. Share the evangelism strategies and tools that are effective to reach out to the unreach people group so that you can apply where appropriate.
Pray and pray and continue to pray for the vision 2020 and beyond that more and more unbelievers through out Thailand to come to know and accept Jesus Christ as the true Lord and the ONLY Savior.
